William M. Parrish, MD
   

A board certified orthopaedic surgeon associated with Orthopaedic Specialists of Central PA, specializes in musculoskeletal oncology, total joint arthroplasty, and the diagnosis of bone and joint disease. He earned his doctor of medicine degree at West Virginia University School of Medicine, followed by internship in pediatrics at West Virginia University Hospital . He completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery at Akron General Medical Center and Children's Hospital of Akron and a fellowship in musculoskeletal oncology and limb reconstruction at Case Western Reserve University Hospital . Dr. Parrish established the first Orthopaedic Limb Salvage Service in Central PA. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Parrish has held academic and administrative appointments at Penn State University , Hershey Medical Center and the Lebanon V.A. Hospital .

His professional memberships include the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Musculoskeletal Tumor Society, Pennsylvania Medical Society and Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society.

Dr. Parrish and his wife, Cynthia, are active community members. In Hershey the couple served in multiple capacities at the Derry Presbyterian Church: as ordained leaders, as members of the health care ministry and as teachers. Dr. Parrish is a member of the Derry Township School Board and is a mentor to high school seniors.

   
Seth D. Baublitz, DO
 

A board-eligible orthopaedic surgeon associated with Orthopaedic Specialists of Central PA, practices general orthopaedic's with an emphasis on sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery. He has a particular interest in conservative surgical management of knee, shoulder and hip disorders. He graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an orthopaedic surgery residency in at York Memorial Hospital and Affiliates and a sports medicine/arthroscopic surgery fellowship at Orthopaedic research of Virginia , Richmond , Virginia .

His professional memberships include the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the Arthroscopy Association of North America.

   
Frank L. Horner, MHA, PA-C
 

A Physician Assistant with more than 22 years of clinical experience, who received his undergraduate degree in Biology and Sports Medicine from Marietta College in Ohio . Frank graduated from the Penn State Milton Hershey Medical Center Physician Assistant Program and has completed a Masters in Health Care Administration from Penn State University .

Frank participated in the nationwide research project of utilizing the drug Procrit as an option for patients facing total joint replacement surgery as an alternative to autologous blood transfusions. Frank has served on the hospital continuing Medical Education Committee and on cost containment committees for surgical implants.

Frank is a Fellow Member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants, and the Mechanicsburg Club.

Frank lives in Mechanicsburg , PA with his wife and daughter.

     
Linda M. Lee, MS, RNCS
 

Associated with Orthopaedic Specialists of Central PA as a clinical nurse specialist, Linda earned her undergraduate degree at East Stroudsburg University in nursing and obtained a masters degree in nursing from University of Delaware . She is certified by American Nurse Credentialing Center as a clinical nurse specialist. Linda works closely with both Dr. Baublitz and Dr. Parrish in providing comprehensive orthopaedic care to patients in the practice.

Professional memberships include National Association of Orthopaedic Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau.

Linda is the mother of 17 year old twin sons. She is active with various organizations through Twin Valley High School and their church.
