Our office visits are by appointment. We ask that you call 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule an appointment. We ask that you call two months in advance of yearly exams.
Our providers strive to see patients at the scheduled appointment. We ask you patience when emergencies and procedures delay the appointment. The providers will spend time answering questions even if they are delayed in seeing you at the scheduled time.
Phone Calls
We welcome phone calls with questions in regard to your ongoing care. Our office staff has been trained to assist in many circumstances. The first priority during office hours is seeing scheduled appointments. Calls are returned when there is a break in the schedule. Please leave as detailed a message as possible with the office staff.
Emergencies
There is a provider from our practice on call at all times. If you feel you have an urgent problem, please call the office phone number. When the office is closed, your call is forwarded to an answering service who will immediately contact the person on call.
Prescription Refills
We ask that you discuss medications at the time of your visit. If you run out of a medication or your symptoms change please call the office. Please call during office hours to request prescription refills. There is a dedicated confidential phone line where you can leave all pertinent information. The information that is needed to refill a prescription is your name, your date of birth, the name of the medication, the dose of the medication, how you are taking the medication and the name and phone number of the pharmacy. All attempts are made to have the prescription called to your pharmacy within 24 working hours. Prescription refills are not called in by the provider on call.
